Blueair and Alibaba TMALL research prove high concern for indoor air pollution among Chinese parents

Today Blueair and Alibaba’s TMALL presented joint research showing that 74% of parents with young children and 79% pregnant women in China worry about the air quality in their home. Germs are the main sources of concern with over 50% of parents reporting that their children get sick frequently, up to once a month. A majority of children, and 60% of adults, also suffer from allergies.

Today, Swedish Blueair, a world leader in air purification solutions, launched the first Alibaba TMALL Super Brand Day for air purifiers in the Shanghai Super Brand Mall. The purpose of the joint TMALL-Blueair on- and offline event was to introduce “air purifiers” as the 4th "must-have" household appliance for the Chinese family.
