Blueair improves guest experience at Fairmont Beijing

Beijing, 2 January, 2018: Blueair, a world leader in air purification solutions, is proud to announce that guest satisfaction, Trip Advisor rating and number of return guests have improved following the installation of its top range air purifiers at the Fairmont hotel in Beijing.

In June 2017, Blueair and Fairmont Beijing signed a partnership agreement with the objective of enhancing the guest experience and well-being at the Beijing luxury hotel. Blueair’s top of the range Pro air purifiers were installed in the hotel’s 222 guest rooms. In addition, Pro units were installed in corridors, gym, spa and VIP lounge, creating “Blueair Zones” in the hotel.

Six months later Fairmont Beijing General Manager, Michael Ganster, sees a positive trend:

“The feedback from guests has been extremely positive after the installation of Blueair air purifiers. Countless visitors expressed their deep gratitude for our hotel equipping all rooms with state of the art air purifiers making the guest experience and well-being a top priority.”

Ganster continued, “We already see a positive trend with an increasing number of return guests. In addition to the outstanding service at Fairmont Beijing, the Blueair Zone is a big contributing factor. Furthermore, our guest satisfaction keeps rising and our TripAdvisor Ranking is improving.I foresee that we are a trendsetter. In the future, clean air rooms in luxury hotels will be a basic expectation of frequents travellers.”
